Refunds & Cancellations

There are no refunds with HER Mobile Lab & DNA Services. All purchases are final. In the event a sample recollection is required, that will be done at no expense to any party. If for any reason any and all parties are not readily available or unwilling to comply, the test is forfeited though may be rescheduled at it’s original fee pricing.

Same day cancellations are subject to a $100 service fee.

Turn-a-round times vary by testing and will be discussed at time of service. We strive to get you your results on time, however in rare instances circumstances may permit otherwise. We do apologize and ask that you bear with us.
